The Kessil A360XE Tuna Blue is a high-performance LED light designed for reef aquariums. A direct evolution of the A360X, it retains the core features of the range while enhancing brightness, color blending, and thermal management, without increasing power consumption.

Light Performance and Spectrum

The Tuna Blue spectrum is recognized for promoting the growth and coloration of corals. It is complemented by additional red, green, and violet (violet + indigo) color channels, which can be adjusted individually. The Kessil Logic technology ensures constant output power across the entire spectrum, regardless of color settings.

The next-generation Dense Matrix LED array ensures a homogeneous blend of wavelengths and effectively limits shadow areas.

Coverage and Penetration

The redesigned optics offer wide and uniform light distribution. The coverage area reaches up to 60 x 60 cm for a mixed reef and about 50 x 50 cm for an SPS-dominated aquarium.

The light penetration can reach approximately 60 to 75 cm below the water surface, depending on the setup. It can be enhanced by using optional reflectors.

Control and Connectivity

The A360XE can be controlled directly via the integrated buttons allowing intensity and spectrum adjustment. It is also compatible with the Kessil WiFi Dongle and the Spectral Controller X, offering advanced control, complete programming, and networking of multiple lights via K-Link communication.

Several A360XE, A360X, A500X, and APX lights can be linked together while maintaining individual or group control.

Visual Effect and Light Stability

The characteristic Kessil shimmer effect reproduces a natural rendering close to sunlight. Flicker-free dimming ensures a smooth transition of light intensity, avoiding undesirable effects for fish and corals.
