The Maxspect Diffuser Hood is a light diffuser specifically designed for Jump MJ-L165 and MJ-L260 fixtures. It allows for a more homogeneous mix of colors and a more uniform distribution of light in the aquarium, thereby enhancing the overall aesthetics of the tank.

Improved Aesthetics and Homogeneous Diffusion

Using the diffuser in conjunction with the provided filters optimizes color mixing while improving light coverage. This softer diffusion helps to reduce pronounced contrasts, shadows, and surface glare.

With the two included diffusion filters, it is possible to adjust the intensity of the light radiation and modulate the PAR. This feature is particularly useful for aquariums containing sensitive corals or fish species that require less intense lighting.

Reduction of Light Leakage

Designed to fit precisely with Jump fixtures, the Diffuser Hood limits unwanted light loss. It is especially appreciated when LED Jump are installed in a high position above the aquarium.
