The species Astreopora belongs to the family Acroporidae. Feeding once a day is recommended with prey such as rotifers and artemia of a size of <0.5cm, for example. Advised for dedicated beginner aquarists. The propagation of Astreopora is possible and well-mastered. Light: medium with a spectrum of approximately 10 to 20000 k. Aggressiveness: medium. Current: medium. Water quality: we recommend a nitrate NO3- level between 4 and 10 mg/l. Also a PO4 Phosphates level between 0.01 and 0.05 mg/l. Of course, Calcium (400-440mg/l), Magnesium (1250-1350mg/l), and Kh (7.5 to 9°All) should be at the correct values. In conclusion, Astreopora are relatively easy to maintain if you moderately light and reasonably circulate them, provided the parameters are right.
