PolypLab One 250 ml – calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity supplement for reef aquarium

PolypLab One is a concentrated reef supplement formulated from acetate salts and hydroxide salts. It simultaneously provides calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity in forms that are directly assimilable by corals, clams, and other reef organisms.

Calcium and magnesium ions are immediately available to calcifying organisms, while acetate ions are metabolized by the system's bacteria, generating a biologically available bicarbonate. The hydroxide salts help maintain the aquarium's buffering capacity.

PolypLab One does not increase the aquarium's salinity and contains no phosphate or silicate. Its composition allows for stable parameters without ionic overload, while supporting the beneficial bacterial activity of the reef system.

Preparation and Dosage

Fill the bottle with RO water, close, and shake. Then top up with RO water to the neck level. Shake well before each use.

Recommended dosage: For 200 L of total aquarium volume, add 1 to 4 caps, or 5 to 20 ml, in a well-mixed area, away from direct contact with corals.

The product may temporarily cloud the water after dosing. It is recommended to dose PolypLab One at night.

Parameters Maintained with Proper Dosage

• Calcium: approximately 400 ppm
• Alkalinity: approximately 7 dKH
• Magnesium: approximately 1300 ppm

Usage and Storage Tips

Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. Adjust the dosage according to the actual consumption of the aquarium and regularly check parameters using reliable tests.
