PolypLab One 500 ml – Calcium, Magnesium, and Alkalinity Supplement for Reef Aquarium

PolypLab One is a concentrated solution formulated from two forms of acetate salts and hydroxide salts. When dosed correctly, this supplement provides readily assimilable calcium and magnesium ions for corals, clams, and many other reef organisms. Acetate ions are metabolized by bacteria, generating biologically available bicarbonate, while hydroxide salts contribute to the system's buffering capacity.

PolypLab One does not increase the aquarium's salinity and contains neither phosphate nor silicate. Its composition allows for maintaining stable parameters without ionic overload while supporting beneficial bacterial activity in the reef system.

Composition and Concentrations

Preparation and Dosage

Fill the bottle with reverse osmosis water, close, and shake. Then fill up with reverse osmosis water to the neck level. Shake well before each use.

Recommended dosage: For 200 L of total aquarium volume, add 1 to 4 caps, which is 5 to 20 ml, in a well-circulated area, away from direct contact with corals.

This product may temporarily cloud the water after dosing. It is recommended to dose PolypLab One at night.

Parameters Maintained with Appropriate Dosage

• Calcium: approximately 400 ppm
• Alkalinity: approximately 7 dKH
• Magnesium: approximately 1300 ppm

Usage and Storage Tips

Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. Adjust the dosage based on the actual consumption of the aquarium and regularly monitor parameters with reliable tests.
