Ideal conditions for optimal growth
Lighting and flow
To maintain its ultra-fluorescent green and promote uniform growth, moderate to strong lighting is recommended, with an intensity around 200-300 PAR. Strong water flow is necessary to oxygenate the coral's tissues and prevent sediment accumulation between its thick branches.
Water parameters
Like all SPS corals, the Seriatopora caliendrum Neon Green requires stable and well-balanced water:
- Temperature: 24-26°C
- Salinity: 35 ppt (1.025)
- pH: 8.0 - 8.4
- KH: 7-9 dKH
- Calcium: 400-450 ppm
- Magnesium: 1250-1350 ppm
