Tunze Turbelle High Jet 5000.021 – High Performance Dosing Pump 12 V

The Tunze Turbelle High Jet 5000.021 is a compact and powerful dosing pump operating at safe low voltage 12 V DC. Designed for the Osmolator Tunze 3152 and 3155, it offers a high discharge pressure while remaining very quiet and virtually wear-free.

Safety and Reliability

The Turbelle High Jet is equipped with an intelligent safety system:

• Automatic shut-off in case of dry running, then restarts after 10 seconds.
• New attempt after 5 minutes if the issue persists, ensuring automatic restart once the tank is refilled.
• Protection against blockage (e.g., snails), with automatic attempts every 5 minutes.

Installation

The pump can be used submerged in the tank or externally. The provided PU hose (3 m, Ø6 mm) connects easily via a quick fitting 5030.200 (short fitting 5030.201 included for tanks with small openings ≥ 58 mm). Attach the hose to the edge of the tank using the included support.

Maintenance

A complete cleaning of the pump and its drive unit is recommended at least once a year. In case of scaling, soak the pump in a vinegar or 30% citric acid solution for 24 hours, then rinse thoroughly. Reassembly is done without forcing, with a maximum tightening torque of 0.7 Nm.
