The Care Magnet concept:

In 2014, the Care Magnet concept was a fundamental innovation in the field of aquarium glass cleaning. Care Magnet consists of an ergonomic handle and low-wear plastic blades.

This cleaning magnet prevents scratches on an aquarium's glass. The internal magnet is more than 3 mm away from the glass, preventing sand grains from getting trapped between the glass and the magnet. The two special plastic blades remove and discharge algae much more effectively than a flat cleaning surface, almost as efficiently as a metal blade. The lifespan of the plastic blades ranges from several months to about a full year. The low hydraulic resistance during cleaning and significant pressure application make it almost impossible for the magnet to detach.
For glass aquariums with old algae incrustations or numerous calcareous algae that are particularly difficult to remove, we recommend replacing the large plastic blade with the special stainless steel blade included with the set.

A patented principle:

The patented principle of using two blades of different lengths allows for the creation of two different pressure applications. The short blade is designed to remove strongly embedded algae, while the wide blade is more suitable for a large cleaning surface.
