FAQ
Why is my digital thermometer not working anymore?
In most observed cases, water infiltration into the casing or oxidation of the battery is the cause of the malfunction. After opening the back cover, let the device dry for about four days, with the cover open. Then replace the battery if necessary.
When replacing the battery, it is imperative to tightly secure the cover to prevent any further water infiltration.
Regularly checking the condition of the battery and the casing's seal can extend the life of the thermometer.
