Recommended Dosage

- 1 ml per 100 liters increases alkalinity by 0.1 °dKH
- Do not exceed an increase of 4 °dKH per day (40 ml for 100 liters)
- Each bottle contains 10,000 °dKH available

Symptoms of Low Alkalinity

- Mortality of SPS and LPS corals
- Slowed skeletal formation, dull colors, tissue lesions
- pH fluctuations causing stress and diseases in fish and invertebrates

Common Causes of Low KH

- High consumption by hard corals and calcareous algae
- Insufficient alkalinity dosing
- Defective dosing pump (clogged tubes, incorrect calibration)
- Sea salts with too low KH content

Important Note

Crystals may appear in the bottle at low temperatures. They disappear after heating to 45°C (e.g., water bath).
