NPO Redu Pellets is made from a 100% biodegradable biopolymer, initially developed for drinking water filtration. In marine aquariums, it promotes the multiplication of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, which directly feed on the pellets.
This process effectively reduces nitrates and phosphates, limiting the proliferation of unwanted algae and promoting the production of bacterioplankton, a beneficial nutrition source for corals.

Pellet Preparation

A slight water turbidity may appear during the first few days. This phenomenon is normal and disappears spontaneously. The first signs of nutrient reduction are generally observable after 10 to 21 days through water analysis.
Depending on initial conditions, 8 to 12 weeks may be needed before observing a visible improvement in coral health. Temporary nutrient variations may occur during this phase. After 3 to 4 months, parameters stabilize sustainably.
