Elementals Trace Fe Fauna Marin is a highly concentrated iron solution intended for reef marine aquariums. It allows for individual and precise compensation for iron deficiencies, an essential trace element naturally present in seawater.
Role of iron in marine aquarium
Iron plays a key role in many biological processes, including the metabolism of microorganisms, the development of symbiotic algae, and the overall balance of the reef environment. An appropriate concentration contributes to stable biological activity and a healthy environment for living organisms.
Control and analyses
The iron content must be regularly monitored using laboratory analyses, particularly through ICP analysis. Elementals Trace solutions offer a simple and economical way to precisely adjust trace elements based on the actual needs of the aquarium.
Recommended dosage
1 ml per 100 L of water increases the iron concentration by 4 µg/L.
The recommended maximum daily dose is 1 µg/L.

Usage and adjustment
The dosage should be administered progressively and adjusted based on analysis results to avoid overdosing. Controlled addition ensures optimal stability of reef parameters.
