aquavitro alpha™ is a highly concentrated conditioner designed for saltwater aquariums. It is formulated to effectively neutralize chlorine, chloramine, and ammonia present in new water.

The product ensures the safety of water used during initial setups, water changes, and occasional additions, without altering the aquarium's pH.

Neutralization of Chlorine and Chloramine

When using tap water, it is essential to eliminate chlorine and chloramine to protect living organisms. aquavitro alpha™ neutralizes these compounds, even in water heavily treated with chloramine.

Unlike conventional reducing agents, aquavitro alpha™ prevents the release of free ammonia in alkaline pH conditions, which are common in reef aquariums.

Management of Ammonia, Nitrites, and Nitrates

aquavitro alpha™ removes ammonia and converts it into a non-toxic form that can be assimilated by beneficial bacteria and some reef organisms.

The product also detoxifies nitrites and nitrates, thereby facilitating their removal through biological filtration.

Use During Startup and Maintenance

aquavitro alpha™ can be used when starting an aquarium to limit toxicity related to ammonia and nitrites during the cycling phase.

It is also recommended for each water addition or replacement to immediately secure the environment for fish and invertebrates.

Compatibility and Safety of Use

The product is non-acidic and does not impact the aquarium's pH. It does not cause over-activation of protein skimmers when used according to recommendations.
