It is recommended to start with a complete micro supplement, then add Flourish Trace when plant growth becomes sustained and the need for trace elements increases.

Signs of Trace Element Deficiency

Boron: death of apical meristems of stems and roots, twisted leaves, young tissues mainly affected.

Cobalt: role in nitrogen fixation, symptoms similar to nitrogen deficiency with slowed growth.

Copper: young dark green leaves, twisted or wilted, apex still alive.

Manganese: chlorosis of young leaves, fine veins remaining green, necrosis between veins.

Molybdenum: chlorosis, twisting, and death of young leaves.

Zinc: reduction in leaf size, shortened internodes, chlorosis and spots, older leaves more affected.

Nickel: absence of germination or seed formation, necessary for iron absorption.
