Tropic Marin Block Nickel is a concentrated solution intended for the controlled addition of nickel, manganese, iron, cobalt, and boron in a marine aquarium when deficits are detected. This solution helps to restore trace element levels suitable for the needs of corals and sensitive marine organisms.
The transition metals nickel, manganese, iron, and cobalt act as essential catalysts of metabolism. They help to enhance and deepen the coloration of corals while highlighting their fluorescent hues. Boron, on the other hand, is an essential trace element for the normal development and proper metabolic functioning of many marine organisms.
The Tropic Marin Block System uses an indicator element to dose trace elements consumed in the same proportions. This approach is particularly useful when certain concentrations remain below the detection threshold of standard analysis devices, while ensuring a reliable and reproducible supply.
| Nickel (Ni) | 50 mg/l |
| Manganese (Mn) | 100 mg/l |
| Iron (Fe) | 75 mg/l |
| Cobalt (Co) | 12 mg/l |
| Boron (B) | 35 mg/l |
Reliable and precise supply of nickel, manganese, iron, cobalt, and boron to correct trace element deficits.
Accounts for elements whose concentration is too low to be accurately measured by analysis devices.
Integrated doser with dosing cap, convenient for manual use or with a dosing pump.
Water and inorganic compounds of nickel, manganese, iron, cobalt, and boron.
2 ml per 100 L of aquarium increases the concentrations of:
| Nickel | +1 µg/l |
| Manganese | +2 µg/l |
| Iron | +1.5 µg/l |
| Cobalt | +0.24 µg/l |
| Boron | +0.7 µg/l |
Maximum dosage: 4 ml per 100 L per day.
Store the product in a cool, dark place.
It is recommended to regularly monitor the nickel concentration and other water values in the aquarium using Tropic Marin ICP analyses, in order to precisely adjust the use of Tropic Marin Block Nickel.
