Common name: Rosy Dwarf Wrasse. This fish has an elongated reddish body. The dorsal filament is extended in males. Females can transform into males. It can live alone, in pairs, or in harems. It is a reef-safe wrasse, incompatible with other wrasses of the genus Cirrhilabrus, Paracheilinus, etc.
It is a diurnal, active, omnivorous fish with a carnivorous tendency, does not attack corals but is very curious with certain small crustaceans.
