ARKA myAQUA® 400 Resin Filter post-osmosis resin filter

The ARKA myAQUA® 400 Resin Filter is specially designed for use with the ARKA myAQUA® 400 reverse osmosis system. Installed in post-filtration, it helps remove the last dissolved residues present in the osmosis water.

Removal of dissolved residues

The resin filter reliably removes the finest residues such as silicates, nitrates, and other dissolved organic and inorganic substances (TDS). This step allows for maximum water purity for the most demanding aquarist applications.

High-efficiency ion exchange resin

The ARKA myAQUA® 400 Resin Filter contains an ion exchange resin composed of cationic and anionic resins (H+ and OH−) in a 1:1 ratio. This combination allows for very fine demineralization of the water.

Quality of produced water

Used in addition to reverse osmosis, the filter allows for extremely pure water with an average conductivity of about 0.1 µS/cm.

Technical characteristics

Replacement interval

The filter's performance should be regularly monitored based on the quality of the produced osmosis water and the flow rate. To avoid any contamination, it is recommended to replace the resin or filter after a maximum of 6 months of use.
