ATI Essential Phospho is a solution from the ATI Essentials system designed to prevent phosphate deficiencies in a reef aquarium and support the natural development of coral biomass.

The Importance of Phosphorus for Corals

Phosphorus plays an essential role in the growth and vitality of corals. A deficiency quickly leads to tissue loss, especially in hard corals. In nutrient-poor aquariums, maintaining a stable phosphate level is essential.

How ATI Essential Phospho Works

This supplement helps restore and maintain a phosphate level between 0.03 and 0.1 mg/l, a range considered optimal for most corals. It integrates easily with other elements of the ATI Essentials system.

Dosage and Use

1 ml increases the phosphate by 0.015 mg/l for 100 liters. The bottle contains a total of 750 mg of phosphate. In aquariums heavily limited in phosphorus, values can drop quickly after addition; it is recommended to split doses into several daily additions until stabilization.

Practical Advice for the Aquarium

It is advisable to gradually increase the dose, measure regularly, and adjust according to the real needs of the aquarium. In very oligotrophic systems, close monitoring is important to avoid too rapid variations.
