Colombo Marine Aiptasidol 100 ml – Targeted treatment against glass anemones (up to 500 treatments)

Colombo Marine Aiptasidol is a specially formulated fluid designed to effectively eliminate unwanted glass anemones (Aiptasia) in marine aquariums. These highly invasive anemones can rapidly multiply and become a true nuisance if not treated upon their first appearance.

Targeted action and high effectiveness

Aiptasidol acts directly on the treated anemone. A single bottle allows for up to 500 treatments, offering a durable and precise solution to eradicate Aiptasia before they spread.

Instructions for use

1. Turn off the circulation pumps for 5 to 10 minutes after the last application to prevent product dispersion.
2. Attach the nozzle to the syringe, shake the bottle, and fill the syringe with the Aiptasidol fluid.
3. Gently approach the syringe to the anemone to avoid its retraction. Slowly inject the fluid directly into the mouth of the Aiptasia and completely cover its oral disc. The curved nozzle allows access to hard-to-reach areas.
4. After absorbing a sufficient dose, the anemone disappears. Large Aiptasia may require a second application.
5. Do not exceed 1 ml of Aiptasidol per 50 liters of water per day. One syringe typically treats 5 to 7 large Aiptasia.

Prevention and best practices

It is highly recommended to treat Aiptasia as soon as they appear to prevent their proliferation. Aiptasidol residues in the water are not dangerous and decompose naturally.

After use, carefully rinse the needle and syringe tip to avoid any blockage from product residues.
