Elementals Trace V Fauna Marin is a highly concentrated vanadium solution intended for reef marine aquariums. It allows for individual and precise compensation of vanadium deficiencies, a trace element naturally present in seawater.
Role of vanadium in marine aquarium
Vanadium acts as a trace element in various biological processes in the reef environment, particularly in certain enzymatic reactions and microbial activity. Although required in very small quantities, a controlled supply contributes to the overall biological balance of the marine aquarium.
Control and analyses
The vanadium content should be regularly monitored using laboratory analyses, particularly through ICP analysis. Elementals Trace solutions offer a simple and economical method to precisely adjust trace elements consumed in the reef aquarium.
Recommended dosage
1 ml for 100 L of water increases the vanadium concentration by 5 µg/L.
The maximum recommended daily dose is 2 µg/L.

Usage and adjustment
The dosage should be carried out gradually and adjusted based on analysis results to avoid any overdose. A controlled supply ensures optimal stability of reef parameters.
