A Galaxea with a mini torch colorful look
The RAH Galaxea Green Torch Yellow Tips is a rare Australian variety, cultivated at RécifAtHome, distinguished by its fluorescent green polyps ending in bright yellow tips. Its appearance resembles a miniature and dense version of a torch coral, with constant movement and remarkable brightness under blue lighting.
A compact coral with a strong visual impact
Despite its size S, this Galaxea features a dense and vibrant structure, ideal for creating a bright focal point in a small reef or a targeted area of a large tank. Its fluid movement and striking colors make it a true visual gem, even in a reduced format.
Ideal conditions to reveal its full fluorescence
Lighting and flow
Moderate to strong lighting (120–250 PAR) is recommended to highlight the intensity of the green and yellow. Moderate flow is ideal to allow the natural deployment of the polyps while maintaining good oxygenation.
Water parameters
Like all LPS corals, the RAH Galaxea Green Torch Yellow Tips requires stable and well-balanced water:
- Temperature: 24–26°C
- Salinity: 35 ppt (1.025)
- pH: 8.0–8.4
- KH: 7–9 dKH
- Calcium: 400–450 ppm
- Magnesium: 1250–1350 ppm
- Nitrates: 2–10 mg/L
- Phosphates: 0.02–0.08 mg/L
A Galaxea to isolate for serene growth
Like most Galaxea, its polyps can be stinging. It is therefore recommended to leave space around it to avoid aggressive interactions with other corals. This also allows it to deploy its polyps without constraint.

Très jolie corail qui donne du mouvement dans l'aquarium. Acheté il y à un an, il fais quasi 15 cm Lui réserver une place seul avec rien à 15-20cm autour de lui, il chasse loin, très loin.
