GROTECH Calcium Pro Instant – calcium supplement for reef aquarium

In marine aquariums, large amounts of calcium and magnesium are necessary for the proper biological functioning of the reef system. Calcium Pro Instant is a ready-to-use calcium mixture designed to compensate for consumption related to biological processes and precipitation.

Main Features

Balling Solution Preparation

Dissolve 54 g of Calcium Pro Instant in 1000 ml of osmosis water.

Balling solutions of carbonates, calcium, magnesium, and Mineral Pro Instant should be dosed equally and added separately from each other.

Stock Solution Preparation

Mix 750 g of Calcium Pro Instant in 2000 ml of osmosis water.

This solution contains 135,000 mg/L of calcium.

Adding 7.4 ml of stock solution increases the calcium concentration by approximately 10 mg for 100 L of aquarium water.

Since dissolution is an exothermic reaction, use a heat-resistant container.

Direct Dosing

One dosing spoon of approximately 6.5 g results in an increase in calcium concentration of about 24 mg/L for 100 L of water.

In case of significant deficiency, the amount should be increased gradually over several days. Pour directly into the filtration tank, in a well-agitated area.

When using Calcium Pro Instant, calcium concentration should be checked regularly. The optimal value is between 380 and 450 mg/L.
