ATI Laboratory Analysis Pro – Advanced ICP-OES Analysis for Marine Aquariums

The ATI Laboratory Analysis Pro is an advanced laboratory analysis designed for the comprehensive chemical monitoring of reef marine aquariums. It includes all the parameters from the Standard analysis, complemented by additional measurements and a dedicated analysis of osmosis water.

This version allows for an in-depth control of the quality of the aquarium water and the water used for its preparation and maintenance.

Principle of ICP-OES Analysis

ICP-OES technology is based on the spectrometric analysis of a water sample vaporized in a high-temperature plasma. The present elements are excited and then quantified by optical emission spectrometry.

This method allows for reliable and reproducible measurement of major elements, traces, and dissolved pollutants.

Scope of the Analysis

Complete analysis of marine aquarium water using ICP-OES technology.

ICP-OES analysis of osmosis water to identify potential contaminants before use.

Details of Analyzed Parameters

Category Analyzed Elements
Macroelements Sodium, Calcium, Chloride, Magnesium, Sulfur, Potassium, Bromine, Strontium, Boron
Trace elements Arsenic, Barium, Beryllium, Chromium, Cobalt, Iron, Iodine, Copper, Lithium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Nickel, Selenium, Silver, Silicon, Vanadium, Zinc, Tin
Pollutants Aluminum, Antimony, Bismuth, Cadmium, Lanthanum, Thallium, Titanium, Tungsten, Mercury
Additional Parameters Nitrate, Fluorine, Carbonate hardness

Analysis of Osmosis Water

The Pro version includes a specific ICP-OES analysis of osmosis water. This measurement helps identify any unwanted elements or pollutants before they are introduced into the aquarium.

Advantages Compared to the Standard Analysis

ATI Laboratory Analysis Pro offers a more comprehensive view of the aquarium's chemistry by adding the measurement of nitrate, fluorine, and carbonate hardness. The analysis of osmosis water allows for a global control of the quality of the water used.

The ATI Laboratory Analysis Pro is conducted in a laboratory from samples of aquarium water and osmosis water, without automatic interpretation or adjustment of the results.
