JBL ProFlora CO2 Starter Bio Set – Biological CO2 Fertilization

The JBL ProFlora CO2 Starter Bio Set is a biological CO2 fertilization system designed for planted aquariums. It provides aquarium plants with carbon dioxide, an essential nutrient for vigorous and balanced growth.

Function and Usage

The system operates by producing CO2 through a biological fermentation process. It requires no pressurized CO2 bottle.

Assembly is simple: the bio-components are mixed with water in the reaction bottle, then the hose is connected to the diffuser. The system is then immediately operational.

CO2 Production

The biological process allows for regular CO2 production for about 40 days. A buffer system ensures immediate and stable diffusion.

The bio-components can be individually replaced with refills available separately.
