JBL ProFlora CO2 Advanced Bio Set – Advanced Biological CO2 Fertilization

The JBL ProFlora CO2 Advanced Bio Set is a biological CO2 fertilization system designed for planted aquariums. It provides aquarium plants with carbon dioxide, an essential nutrient for vigorous and balanced growth, while helping to prevent algae.

Function and Usage

The system works by producing CO2 through a biological fermentation process, without the need for a pressurized CO2 bottle.

Installation is simple: the bio-components are mixed with water in the transparent reaction chamber, the hose equipped with a non-return valve is connected to the reactor, then the chamber is placed in the provided thermal protection.

CO2 Production

The JBL ProFlora CO2 Advanced Bio Set allows regular CO2 production over two cycles of about 40 days each. A buffer system ensures immediate and stable diffusion over time.

The bio-components can be replaced individually thanks to refills available separately.

Advanced Design

The high-quality reaction chamber is transparent to easily visualize the biological process. The provided thermal protection helps stabilize fermentation and optimize the regularity of CO2 production.

The extendable reactor allows for a gradual adaptation of the system according to the needs of the aquarium.
