JBL ProFlora CO2 Regulator Professional – CO2 Regulator with Solenoid Valve

The JBL ProFlora CO2 Regulator Professional is a high-end regulator designed for precise and automated regulation of carbon dioxide supply in planted aquariums. It includes a silent solenoid valve and a dual pressure gauge for complete control of the CO2 system.

Operation

The regulator reduces the bottle pressure, which can reach about 60 bars, to a stable working pressure of 1.5 bar. The bottle pressure is displayed on the first pressure gauge, while the working pressure is shown on the second.

Integrated Solenoid Valve

The integrated solenoid valve allows for the automatic interruption of CO2 injection, for example, at night. It can be connected to a timer or a CO2 controller, both of which are not included.

CO2 Supply Adjustment

The CO2 flow rate is precisely adjusted using the fine needle valve integrated into the regulator.

Bottle Compatibility

The JBL ProFlora CO2 Regulator Professional is compatible with:

– Refillable CO2 bottles (system M, thread W21,8 x 1/14)
– Disposable CO2 bottles (system U, thread M10 x 1)

Adaptation to the M10 x 1 thread of disposable bottles is done by unscrewing the knurled nut W21,8 x 1/14 with an Allen key.

Design and Materials

The regulator is made of anodized aluminum with precision CNC machining, featuring a titanium color finish. The solenoid valve is designed for silent operation. Sealing is ensured by a reliable sealing washer, used instead of an O-ring.
