JBL ProFlora CO2 Taifun Inline Membrane – Replacement Membrane

The JBL ProFlora CO2 Taifun Inline Membrane is a replacement membrane designed for the external JBL ProFlora CO2 Taifun Inline diffusers as well as their predecessor ProFlora Direct. It allows for the restoration of optimal carbon dioxide diffusion in planted aquariums.

Function and Efficiency

Made from special ceramic, this membrane ensures a very fine diffusion of CO2 in the form of microbubbles, promoting effective gas dissolution in water and optimal assimilation by aquatic plants.

Over time, the diffusion capacity of the membrane decreases. An annual replacement is recommended to maintain consistent performance of the CO2 system.

Installation

For replacement, it is necessary to disconnect the filter, unscrew the diffuser, install the pre-moistened membrane, then screw the diffuser back on before reconnecting the filter.
