The Kessil A160WE Tuna Blue is a compact LED lighting designed for marine reef aquariums. It uses Dense Matrix LED technology to concentrate multiple LED chips into a single light source, providing uniform light, excellent penetration, and a natural rendering close to marine solar lighting.

Advanced Lighting Technology

With its Tuna Blue spectrum, the A160WE covers a range from deep ocean blue to sky blue. The mixing of wavelengths occurs directly within the LED matrix, ensuring a uniform color over the entire lighting area without color separation effect.

The average light penetration is between 60 and 75 cm, which allows for effective lighting of most reef aquariums. Using multiple units in close proximity can further increase penetration and coverage.

Natural Shimmer Effect

The light rendering produces a pronounced shimmer, faithfully reproducing the effect of sunlight on the water's surface. This effect enhances the overall aesthetics of the aquarium and highlights the reliefs of the décor and corals.

Settings and Control

The Kessil A160WE is compatible with external 0-10 V controllers. It can also be used in manual mode to instantly adjust intensity and spectrum. The Quick Set and Acclimation modes allow for managing day/night transitions and the gradual introduction of new corals or new lighting.

Thermal Management and Longevity

An integrated thermal dissipation system ensures stable operation, consistent efficiency, and prolonged lifespan of the LED components, even during continuous operation.
