Lysmata debelius – Cardinal Cleaner Shrimp
Lysmata debelius, known as the cardinal cleaner shrimp, is one of the most iconic and sought-after shrimps in reef aquariums. With its vibrant red color adorned with white spots, it adds a bright and refined touch to the rocky decor of your aquarium.
A Useful and Discreet Behavior
This shrimp cleanses the fish by positioning itself near their path. It removes parasites and dead skin, especially around the mouth and gills. It is a natural asset for the well-being of your fish. It often remains motionless in a hiding spot or in areas with low current, coming out mainly at night or during feeding time.
Maintenance Conditions
- Minimum recommended volume: 80 liters
- Temperature: between 24°C and 27°C
- pH: between 8.0 and 8.4
- Diet: omnivore (parasites, food scraps, small pieces of artemia, pellets)
- Compatibility: excellent with fish, corals, and other invertebrates

Conditionnement parfait, température parfaite, magnifique spécimen mais une sur deux de morte avec sa mue dans le sac. Et quelques heures plus tard un petit gramma loreto meurt également... Probablement un gros stress dans la livraison, avec une livreur pressé. La prochaine fois je me déplacerai.

Très jolie crevette arrivée en pleine forme s'est très bien acclimatée s'entend avec toute ma population. S'est trouvé directement des cachettes dans mes roches vivantes, elle sort régulièrement surtout quand je leurs donne à manger Je recommande !
