Orange Linckia – Colorful Pacific Reef Starfish
Orange Linckia, native to Sri Lanka, is a reef starfish with a peaceful temperament and a spectacular bright orange body. It immediately catches the eye in any marine aquarium. Highly appreciated for its natural beauty, it integrates perfectly into well-stabilized reef aquariums.
An Omnivorous and Sociable Species
Unlike other more solitary species, the Orange Linckia enjoys the presence of its peers. It is recommended to introduce several individuals into a sufficiently large aquarium to promote their natural well-being. Its diet is omnivorous: it consumes organic debris, biofilm, and sometimes leftover food present in the tank.
It moves slowly in search of food on live rocks, sand, and decor. Very harmless to corals and invertebrates, it is perfectly suited for a community reef aquarium.
Maintenance Conditions
- Minimum recommended volume: 300 liters
- Temperature: 24°C to 27°C
- pH: 8.0 to 8.4
- Decor: live rocks, calm areas for exploration
- Compatibility: excellent with fish, corals, and other invertebrates
Acclimation Recommendations
Like all starfish, the Orange Linckia is sensitive to changes in parameters. Slow drip acclimation is imperative. Avoid prolonged contact out of the water and monitor nitrate and phosphate levels to preserve its health.

Très jolie étoile de mer emballage soigner et très bien fait. Le seul bémol est sur le transporteur mais hereusement un SAV de qualité qui a su régler le problème rapidement. J'ai hâte de recevoir mon nouveau colis vivant je l'espère. En tout cas très bon site sérieux et réactif je le recommande sans probléme.
