The Water Clarifier category includes products designed to group and eliminate fine suspended particles (organic debris, micro-waste, colloids) to achieve clear water.

Operating Principles

• Flocculating Agents: cationic or anionic polymers that coagulate fine particles into larger, easily filterable flocs.
• Catalytic Activated Charcoal: porous surface promoting the capture of micro-particles and organic dyes, sometimes associated with a slight flocculating action.
• Enhanced Filter Supports: superfine synthetic fibers (Micron Floss) or high-density foams that mechanically retain the flocs.

Usage Recommendations

• Add 1–2 mL of clarifier (or as per manufacturer’s dosage) for 100 L of volume directly into the decantation or dedicated reactor.
• Circulate the water at low flow (2–5 times the hourly volume) for 12–24 hours to promote the formation and filtration of flocs.
• Clean or replace the filter media (fibers, foam) upon appearance of flocs to prevent reintroduction.
• For lasting effect, combine with catalytic activated charcoal post-flocculation to eliminate dissolved organic residues.
• Monitor water clarity daily and repeat the treatment if necessary, not exceeding two consecutive applications.
