The JBL PROAQUATEST pH 6.0–7.6 is a colorimetric test designed to monitor the pH in freshwater aquariums. It uses a comparative system allowing compensation for the natural coloration of the water for a reliable reading.

Measurement Principle

The test works by comparison: a test tube is filled with the water to be tested, the reagent is added to another test tube, and then both test tubes are placed in the comparator block. The pH value is read from the provided color chart.
