The JBL PROAQUATEST pH 7.4–9.0 allows for simple, reliable, and regular pH monitoring in freshwater aquariums, marine aquariums, and ponds. It is particularly suitable for slightly alkaline to alkaline waters.

Operating Principle

The test tube is filled with the aquarium water to be tested. The reagent is added in a separate test tube. Both test tubes are then placed in the comparator to read the pH value by comparison with the provided color chart.

Recommended Usage Frequency

During a new setup, the test can be conducted once a day during the first week. In normal operation, a weekly check is generally sufficient.
