The Bali Sand Aqua Medic is a natural calcareous substrate of exceptional purity, composed of 98% calcium carbonate and minerals similar to zeolite. Its fine grain size of 0.5 to 1.2 mm and its very white color make it an ideal sand for all saltwater aquariums, especially reef tanks housing burrowing invertebrates.
